You agree that customkooziesonline.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, including but not limited to termination of your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site, and remove and discard any Content you may have contributed to the Site, at any time for any reason or no reason. customkooziesonline.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that customkooziesonline.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files of the Site. You agree that customkooziesonline.com takes no responsibility for any content you provide us for designing, redesigning or printing or any other services that customkooziesonline.com provides, therefore it is your responsibility to make sure you have rights to use the content you are providing us." Content" means any or all artwork, audio clips, data, designs, digital images, drawings, graphics, images, information, metadata, photographs, Product specifications, sketches, stitch files and text, or any combination of these elements that you send to customkooziesonline.com for placement on physical or electronic products made by customkooziesonline.com.

Returns and Refunds:

You agree that there will be no refund, repair or replacement of custom-made or personalized products or services. The customer can only cancel the order before the printing is started on the approved artwork. Set-up or Design charges will be deducted from your paid amount.

customkooziesonline.com will not accept goods returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Goods must be checked within 5 days of delivery for faults or short in quantity. customer will pay for return shipping. Once the order is processed or is in processing, it cannot be cancelled. if the customer has not informed us of the exact date the order is required we cannot guarantee on-time delivery. Goods will only be accepted for return for one of the following reasons:

-Goods do not comply with the quote, in quantity or design as signed off by the customer.

-For any order that meets the returns policy. customkooziesonline.com will replace the goods. 

If you are, not 100% sure how the product will look after printing, we do suggest you get a sample printed and sent out to you.
This is done at a cost and is not a commitment for the full order.

IMPORTANT - If you require colour matching, we will require a PMS Colour to be chosen using a Pantone Colour book. We cannot guarantee the 100% colour match as you see on your own computer screen to be the same as the final product, because Pantone colours react differently on different products.customkooziesonline.com will not replace goods if the colour is not 100% match.

Shipping:

customkooziesonline.com ensure That all the parcels are properly packed and delivered safely to our customers. But since the postal service is a third party -customkooziesonline.com won't be responsible for the Loss or damage of a product, when left outside the customer's address in a safe space.

customkooziesonline.com is not responsible if the parcel is sent back to us -due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We can reship the order if requested by the customer at the customer's expense.
